VIP Client, Family of 10, 2 Days.

We were contracted by a Concierge service to cook Breakfast and Dinner for a VIP Client as well as his friends and family. I was a little anxious of the VIP status however my nerves were not necessary. The client and group were amazing. Gorgeous beach front property in La Jolla was the perfect back drop to serve up some yummy eats! Here is their custom menu and a couple photos:

Dinner 1

Beef Sliders served on scratch Brioche Buns, Garlic Aioli, White Cheddar and caramelized Shallot.

Grilled Lemon and Thyme Chicken.

Grilled Pork and Chicken Sausages served with caramelized Onion, Mushroom and Peppers.

Arugula Salad with toasted Pine Nuts, Parmesan Crisps and Citrus Vinaigrette.

GF Orzo Pasta with Lemon, Herbs and Asparagus.

Strawberry Sorbet with Mixed Berries.

All the Fixins: Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Sausage Rolls, Mayo, Dijon Mustard, Ketchup
