Wildfire Workshop, 23 Attendees, 2 Days.

Wildfire Workshop, a lovely organization contracted me to cook Breakfast and Lunch for 23 attendees for 2 days. Most of the attendees were Vegetarian or Vegan so, I had a blast experimenting. I was touched by the gratitude everyone showed me. Let’s just say they loved their meals. Here is their custom menu and a few sample photos:
