Luncheon for 4, served Family Style


This young mother wanted a little break from her everyday cooking and asked that I cook a clean, healthy luncheon for her family. I loved that we were able to give this mother a break and look forward to cooking for this family again. Here is their custom menu and a few photos:

First Course: Arugula Salad with Pine Nuts and Citrus Vinaigrette.

Entree: Roasted Halibut with Cherry Tomatoes, Herbs and Caper & Garlic Wine Sauce. Served with Gluten Free Orzo Pasta Salad with Asparagus, Lemon and Herbs.

Dessert: Mixed Berry Crumble.
