Here are two sample menus from recent Dinner Parties:
Dinner Party for 7. (Client wanted elegant food with Full Service)
Charcuterie and Cheese Platters. Meat platter accompanied by mini Pickles and Mustard. Cheese platter accompanied by almonds and local Honeycomb. Served with Crostinis rubbed with Garlic and drizzled with Olive Oil.
Spinach Salad. Spinach topped with Heirloom Grape Tomatoes, Candied Pecans and Goat Cheese Croquettes. Served with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Filet Mignon. Beef Medallions sautéed in Butter, Thyme and Garlic.
Beet Risotto. Risotto infused with Shallots and Beets. Garnished with a slice of Beet.
Haricot Vert. Fancy Green Beans sautéed in Butter and Garlic topped with Herbs.
Chocolate Mousse. Velvety Chocolate. Garnished with Raspberries.
Dinner Party for 15. (Client wanted comfort food served Family Style)

Jalapeno Poppers. Jalapeno boats stuffed with Cream Cheese, crispy Bacon, Scallions and Parsley.
Wedge Salads. Iceberg Lettuce topped with crispy Bacon, Heirloom Tomatoes, Chives and Blue Cheese Dressing.
Mac n’ Cheese. Creamy Mac using 3 different Cheeses, crispy Pancetta and a Herbed Breadcrumb Crust. A second Mac n’ Cheese was prepared with 1 cheese, no Pancetta or Crust for the children.
Korean Style Ribs. Marinated and grilled Beef Ribs. Garnished with Scallions and Sesame Seeds.
Chicken Skewers. Chicken skewered and grilled.
Vegetables & Potatoes. Yellow Squash, Zucchini and Red Potatoes drizzled in Olive Oil and roasted. Garnished with Thyme.
Lemon Bars. Shortbread Crust with Lemon filling. Garnished with Powdered Sugar and Blueberries.
Peach Cobbler. Peaches in Syrup with a golden brown Crust.
