Valentine’s Dinner for Two

The sweetest couple ever. Client E. surprised and I mean surprised his husband with a romantic dinner for two. We wanted to do something a little out of the box for the main course and it was a show stopper. Here is their custom menu and an image of the main course:

First Course:

Seared Jumbo Scallop, Beurre Blanc Sauce, topped with an Artichoke Heart and Lemon Zest

Second Course:

Arugula Salad with shaved Asparagus, Pine Nuts and Citrus Vinaigrette

Entree:

Veal Shepherd’s Pie with piped Potato Puree, Bone Marrow and garnished with Rosemary served with Honey & Thyme Rainbow Carrots

Dessert:

Creme Brulee topped with Strawberries
