Lovely family from Dallas visiting La Jolla for the Holiday. We created a simple but scrumptious menu. My favorite was their daughters in the kitchen asking if they could help and asking a lot of questions about food. Thank you for allowing Chef Zaida to help you ring in 2017. Shrimp and Chicken Skewers.
Cantaloupe and Prosciutto garnished with Rosemary.
Kale Salad with shaved Asparagus, Parmesan and toasted Pine Nuts served with a Citrus Vinaigrette.
Roasted Pork Tenderloin served with a Dijon Cream sauce.
Haricot Vert topped with Almonds.
Wine and Honey Poached Pears served with Whip Cream.
Raspberry Sorbet garnished with Mint.
