This couple celebrated two birthdays with friends and kicked it off with a Mexican themed dinner party. Colorful and tasty menu. Everyone loved the food and we loved this group. Here is a sampling of images and their custom menu:

Stuffed Poblano Peppers: Mushrooms, Yellow Squash, Zucchini & Cheese, Shredded Chicken, served with a Red Sauce and topped with a drizzle of Mexican Crema, Pepita Seeds and Cilantro.
Roasted Shrimp with Chimichurri Sauce served with Cilantro and Lime Rice.
Street Corn. Roasted and topped with Cojita Cheese, Cilantro and Chile Powder.
Tres Leches Cake with Strawberries.
