HBS Tapas Night for 10

This group of 10 Harvard Alumni get together once a year. This year they rented an oceanfront property in Oceanside. They wanted a multi-course Tapas night and we did just that. Here is their Custom Menu and images from their event:

Charcuterie & Cheese — Meats accompanied by Pickles and Mustard. Marinated Goat Cheese served with Crostinis.

Grilled Peaches with Mint and Prosciutto

Lamb Meatballs served with Hummus and Yogurt Sauce

Arugula Salad with charred Grapes, Pistachio, Parmesan Tuiles and Citrus Vinaigrette

Grilled Artichokes with Lemon Aioli

Chocolate Avocado Mousse garnished with Raspberries
