Sea Bass. Marinated and Roasted Sea Bass floating in Miso Broth with Baby Bok Choy and Oyster Mushrooms Garnished with Pea Sprouts.
Filet Mignon in a Brown Butter, Garlic, Thyme and Heirloom Tomatoes.
