Fine Dining 4 Course Plated Dinner for 10

When I first spoke to Client M.P., I was immediately inspired as well as elated for her dinner party. M.P. and her husband are from France and love Seafood. They wanted an elegant fully plated dinner for their guests. We started with 3 hors d’oeuvres enjoyed during Cocktail Hour followed up with a 4 course dinner. Here are photos and their custom menu:

Hors D’oeuvres:

Stuffed Tomato Bites. Cherry Tomato stuffed with Mozzarella Mousse and Orange Zest

Endive Boats with Pear, Blue Cheese and Walnuts

Salmon Puff. Puff Pastry with Mascarpone, Smoked Salmon and Chive

First Course:

Seared Scallops with Lemon Beurre Blanc garnished with Lemon Foam and Chive

Entree and Side:

Sauteed Sea Bass with Butternut Squash Puree and roasted Asparagus

Cheese/Salad Course:

Frisee Salad with wedge of Cheese, Lardons and Citrus Vinaigrette

Dessert:

Vanilla Custard with mini Honey and Red Wine poached Pear and poaching liquid
