Client R.W. Love, Love this couple. They are the sweetest and so much fun to cook and create for. They decided on Italian this month. Here is their custom menu (sans Gluten) and photos:
Antipasti: Eggplant Packages. Plum Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Basil wrapped in Eggplant.
Salad: Green Bean and Blood Orange Salad with Balsamic Reduction.
Entrée: Veal Meatballs (no breadcrumbs). Served with Marinara and Spaghetti Squash.
Dessert: Tiramisu using Gluten Free Short Bread Cookie.
