Celebrating a Birthday with a Fine Dining Dinner for 10

This kind and loving family wanted to celebrate their mother’s birthday with a surprise fine dining dinner party for 10. We had so much fun with this menu and family. My Sous Chef even gave the family a demo on how to create a Parmesan Tuile. It was a huge hit! Please see menu and a sampling of images:
