Client N. hired me to cook for their family, a dinner party celebrating their father’s 90th birthday party. We immediately started discussing their custom menu. I was actually pretty excited to hear father was a “meat and potatoes” kind of man and they wanted a simple menu. I thought how fun to take some classic dishes and put a little twist on it? I will admit I was a bummed they didn’t go for the Meatloaf Cupcakes with Mashed Potato “Whip”, right?
