Birthday Dinner Party for 9

Client K. wanted to do something special for his wife for her birthday. He hosted a dinner party and had me prepare her favorite dish… Osso Buco. We also created a custom menu around these deliciously braised Veal Shanks. Here is their menu and a few photos:

Hors D’oeuvre: Artichoke Hearts in a Butter Sauce topped with crispy Capers, Lemon Zest and Herbs

First Course: Arugula Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette, toasted Pine Nuts and shaved Parmesan

Main Course: Osso Buco topped with a Gremolata and served with Saffron Risotto

Dessert: Chocolate Panna Cotta topped with Balsamic and Port Wine Glazed Cherries
