Birthday Dinner for 7

Client J. rented an Air BnB, wanting to stay local and keep her birthday celebration a seamless event. We created a lovely and delicious menu. I surprised her with an Amuse Bouche inspired by a local Carlsbad restaurant. Here is her custom menu and a few photos:

Amuse Bouche: Parsnip Puree with roasted Red Pepper and Asparagus

Hors d’oeuvres: Champagne Oysters. Oysters slightly poached, drizzled with Beurre Blanc and garnished with Chive.

Crostinis: Goat Cheese Mousse with Heirloom Tomatoes and Basil. Garlic rubbed, drizzled with Olive Oil topped with Prosciutto.

Main Course: Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce served with roasted Herbed Potatoes and Honey Thyme Rainbow Carrots.

Dessert: Mango Sorbet
