Birthday Dinner for 4

Fairly new parents wanting to celebrate Dad’s birthday. His wife wanted to highlight all of his favorites and I think we came pretty close. They loved the food and were such a joy to cook for. Thank you! Here is their custom menu and a few images from their Dinner:

First Course: Corn Chowder with either pan seared Scallop or Shrimp

Second Course: Wedge Salad with Bacon crumbles, Blue Cheese Dressing and Chive

Main Course: Filet Mignon with Brown Butter, Heirloom Tomatoes and Thyme served with roasted Asparagus

Dessert: Chocolate Panna Cotta with Cherries
