Birthday Celebration for 8

What a lovely family? So so sweet! They planned a surprise dinner for the Birthday Girl. Birthday Girl had recent dental work so, needed to ensure she could eat everything being served. It was a pleasure meeting all of you. Thank you for the yelp review. Here is their Custom Menu and a few photos:

Hors d’oeuvres: Parsnip Puree Bites with Asparagus

Artichokes with Lemon Aioli

First Course: Tomato Bisque with Basil Oil

Second Course: Caprese Salad using Mozzarella and Tomato Mousse with Balsamic Drizzle for main guest and Regular non-mousse plating for remaining guests.

Main Course: Halibut with Brown Butter Sauce and HeirloomTomatoes served with Haricot Vert

Dessert: Chocolate Panna Cotta with Raspberry
