Client O. wanted to treat their employees to a retreat in Southern California and hire Chefs to cook their dinners. We were fortunate enough to cook one of these dinners. We created a Mexican inspired custom menu based on the dietary restrictions the group had. It was a fun event! Here is their custom menu and sampling of photos.
