Clients J and J know how to host a party. We worked with our clients to create a sophisticated party with a tasty menu. Each guest was greeted with a Welcome Cocktail. Servers circled the house offering guests tray passed hors d’oeuvres. In addition, there were platters of food to nosh on and a Dessert Table. We even had a server dressed in a Jester costume handing out scrolls. Here is their menu:
Welcome Cocktail: Cranberry Mimosa garnished with Rosemary and Cranberries.
Tray Passed Hors D’oeuvres: Red Snapper Ceviche garnished with Jalapeno, Organic Beef Sliders with Garlic Aioli, White Cheddar and Caramelized Shallots. Salmon Puffs, Puff Pastry with Mascarpone, Smoked Salmon and Chives and Cherry Tomatoes stuffed with Mozzarella Mousse.
Noshing Platters: Crostini with Arugula Pesto garnished with Radish, Crudité with White Bean Spread, Meats accompanied with Olives and Mustard, Cheeses accompanied with Almonds and Grapes.
Dessert Table: Chocolate Cake Bites with Chocolate Ganache garnished with a Raspberry, Cranberry Bread Bites, Chocolate covered Strawberries, Marshmallows and Pretzels, Wine and Honey Poached Pears.
Signature Drinks: Pomegranate Moscow Mule and White Cranberry Martini
