Meet Chef Heather Zaida. After spending 11 plus years in the techie world as a QA Engineer who worked her way up the corporate ladder, she graduated from New York City’s Institute of Culinary Education with a Culinary Arts degree in 2009. Heather had finally turned her passion for all things food into a reality and would love to share her passion with you!
Chef Zaida is a United States Personal Chef Association member. She is licensed, insured and ServeSafe certified.
Chef Zaida loves to cook using the freshest of local and in-season ingredients. She likes to dabble in all types of cuisines and experiment by creating new recipes.
When Chef Zaida isn’t cooking, she is playing with her soon to be 7 year old son, texting with her 21 year old son who is currently living in Tennessee, hosting dinner parties / entertaining, taking a stroll on the beach, fishing, traveling, visiting the farmer’s market and always taking photos.
